The Internet Scrabble Club and some nationally ranked players play at  www.isc.ro . One of the nice features of this site is that you can play with others of like ability because they track your rankings. Don’t worry, there are other levels playing on this site so you will not be alone if you are not a ranked player.

You can also play the computer and play games of different lengths.

You will need to install their program but once you do it is worth looking around to observe some of the most advanced players play the game.  Check out the Help section on their site to make it easier to learn the ins and outs of the game.
